As a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors and Executive Team, Larner will provide strategic guidance to support business growth and protect legal interests for The 不卡福利片 Group and its entities including 不卡福利片, 不卡福利片 Real Estate, Bildt and Calnin & Goss. In her role, Larner will develop and lead legal strategies, manage intellectual property, manage ownership succession including the Employee Stock Ownership Plan and oversee legal aspects of investments, mergers and acquisitions.

Larner most recently served as Chief Legal Officer for Heritage Construction + Materials in Indianapolis. Heritage Construction is the largest division of the Heritage Group, a fourth-generation, family-owned business managing a diverse portfolio of multiple companies specializing in heavy construction and materials, specialty chemicals and environmental
services. Larner’s legal experience also extends to work in the agricultural seed production
space, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems manufacturing and energy
industries as well as private legal practice. In her role at Heritage Construction, Larner built and led a team of professionals across the legal, compliance and safety teams for the organization and its four operating platforms. This included creating and executing a rolling three-year strategic plan for the business. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, and her Bachelor of Science in public policy with a focus on economics from Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs in Bloomington, Ind.
